By creating an account or using Sammie, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of Sammie after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Sammie is personal AI for real conversation. She is not a therapist, counselor, doctor, lawyer, financial advisor, or crisis service. She is a conversational companion. Nothing she says should be treated as professional advice of any kind.
In an emergency, please contact emergency services (911 in the US) or a crisis line (988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US). Do not rely on Sammie for emergency help.
Depending on when your account was created and the active promotional offer, you may receive a 7-day free trial that begins automatically with your first message (no credit card required), or a 7-day free trial that requires a payment method at activation. Grandfathered accounts, referral rewards, or promotional offers may have different access terms. The applicable terms for your account are shown in the service and during the checkout or activation process.
Sammie Plus is offered at $17.99 per month or $179 per year in US dollars. Where localized pricing is available, the price and currency shown at checkout control. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until cancelled. Subscribers can open the Stripe billing portal from Sammie to manage billing or cancel. For a paid subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.
If you cancel a payment-method-required trial before its original trial end, you will not be charged for the first billing period and access will continue through that trial end.
Sammie offers a 30-day money-back promise. Refunds are not automatic and are not requested through the billing portal. To request a refund within 30 days of the subscription charge, email hello@talktosammie.com. Refund requests are handled manually.

Sammie is powered by AI and can make mistakes. Her responses may sometimes be inaccurate, outdated, or unhelpful. She does not have access to real-time information and is not a substitute for expert human judgment on important decisions. Always verify important information with qualified professionals.
You own what you share in conversations with Sammie. By using the service, you allow us and the service providers identified in our Privacy Policy to process your content for the specific purposes described there, including generating responses, conversation titles, memory facts, and spoken audio where applicable. We do not claim ownership of your conversations.
We aim to keep Sammie available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sammie. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (or $10 if you have paid nothing).
